It was a Thursday and the pump for our cistern was failing. I reached out to several plumbers. Within a couple hours, he was able to come assess the situation. About three hours after that, his team arrived with a new pump. On their way back to Cortez from Durango, they extended their day and got the job done. Their customer service is amazing. Don’t waste your time reaching out to other plummers. I noticed a leak on my boiler and called Jesse, they came out later that day to look at it and spent time answering all my questions and explained everything to me. We scheduled an appointment for the next week when they came out and fixed the boiler and also fixed my toilet and installed a new faucet in the bathroom. I called Avalanche Plumbing on a Friday morning, fearing that my water heater was shot. They assured me they would come check it out that afternoon and kept me informed all day of their schedule (so helpful, never had that happen before!). They discovered small holes in a hose and replaced it. The water heater was not failing (but it is old!) and we had time to discuss what our next steps could be for replacement in the future. They could have taken advantage of us because it sure looked like it was leaking, but they located the issue, fixed it, and went on their way. If you want good communication and honest, professional help, I highly recommend Avalanche.

Avalanche Plumbing is top notch. They were here the very next day. I had a toilet given to me for free, they removed the existing toilet, installed the FREE toilet only to find out it had a leak. They removed that one placed both outside my home. This was all on a Friday. Scheduled to return on Monday installed new toilet and I also added a bathroom sink faucet.
