Jesse from Avalanche was incredible. We called with a broken water heater the the gas company had said needed to be replaced, and Jesse came over and fixed it within a few hours. He was super communicative, kind, and explained what the gas company had missed, as well as what he was seeing and doing really well. He also gave us suggestions for future maintenance and upkeep to keep our heater running for the future. Jesse truly went above-and-beyond to help us out, and I cannot suggest him enough.
