I had a hot water heater issue and they came out within a matter of hours to diagnose the problem. They even checked back in the next day to be sure things were still smooth sailing after.
Our boiler (which serves our radiant heat and hot water) went out on a Wednesday just as I was leaving for the weekend. Avalanche Plumbing answered the call, came out the next day, and got us up and running in no time. Our boiler was an original with the house (1998) and had limped along for the last few years, and in that time we had used a couple of other plumbing companies. I cannot speak highly enough of Avalanche Plumbing regarding their professionalism, expertise, and quality of work. Not only are they by far the best plumbing company I have worked with, but are exceptional compared with great businesses in other fields as well. I am extremely impressed by the knowledge and technical ability that Jesse and his crew demonstrated. They replaced the old unit with a new high efficiency on-demand system, which involved installing a new vent. Our house was cleaner after they left than before, a testament to the pride they take in their work. They communicated with us every step of the way, and it was really nice getting to know them. My wife, kids, and newborn baby have hot water thanks to them. Definitely an enthusiastic 5 star review and they will be getting a Christmas card from us.
hese guys have showed up any time and every time. Great work and super nice to deal with. They’ve done a full bathroom addition on an apartment, fixed a boiler at a my hotel, inspected a possible bathroom change at a rental and our currently doing a sewer repair for me. 100% badass.
Awesome crew, Jesse the owner answers calls immediately and stays in touch with you until the jobs done. They do very fine work as well. I recommend these guys very much.
I called Avalanche Plumbing & Boiler when the main drain line in our house backed up. The men from Avalanche not only got there a full day earlier than initially promised, but they did an outstanding job and got the situation handled fast. Great communication, great service, very fair pricing. Avalanche has earned my future business!!
